Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Returns & Refunds

• Currently, we do not accept returns.
• Refunds are issued only in cases of:
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product delivered

Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Minor color or design variations
